All packages (with the exception of standard airmail & Airsure) require a signature in order to be delivered so to save yourself a trip to the sorting office please have your item sent to an address where someone will be available to sign for your package.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, yes, yes! Anywhere, anytime, anything!
However please be aware of possible customs charges when importing goods into countries outside of the European Union, it is your responsibility to pay for these!
Q: What is your refund policy?
A. We believe that you should know whether you love your item or not within 10 days, however please visit the shipping & refunds page for complete details on how to get something back to us. Refunds take up to 28 days to be processed once the items are back with us.
Q: What metals are your jewellery items made of?
A. All jewellery is made of different materials. Those which are sterling-plated are clearly marked as such, however all of our jewellery is lead and nickel free.
Q: I ordered X weeks ago. Where is my order?
A. Please firstly check that your item is not simply sitting at the sorting office waiting for you to collect it. As all items require a signature to be delivered if you are out it cannot get to you. We can provide your tracking number to investigate and you can arrange a redelivery on the RoyalMail.com website after you have tracked your item. Secondly if you have paid with Paypal, please take a look and see if your payment has been sent as an eCheque as these can take up to 14 days to clear.
Please do not contact us before 15 working days (3 weeks) after your item has been dispatched (UK) as unfortunately Royal Mail don't believe an item is lost until it has been awol this long. If it does turn out that you are one of the unfortunate cases that an item has become lost we will send you all the information required in order to claim compensation from Royal Mail.

Q: My item is broken! What can I do?
A. If your item arrived in a broken condition then please return the item to us and we will post out a replacement or refund you depending on stock availability, alternatively you may claim from Royal Mail within 30 days of your item arriving by picking up a claims form from the post office. Faulty situations are taken on a case by case basis as no two situations are the same. Please remember, regular wear and tear are normal, and all care instructions must be adhered to. Please wash all t-shirts and hoodies inside out to preserve the print. Do not machine wash bags, please delicately handwash or surface wash.
