Shipping

Items are dispatched every weekday Monday-Friday, and our aim is to have your order dispatched the next working day or at least within 72 hours (weekends and bank holidays not included). Depending on the service used you can expect to receive your item 1-4 working days after it has been marked as shipped. Orders qualifying for free delivery are sent using a 3-5 day courier service.

Due to Royal Mail being horribly greedy and charging a small fortune for their services we use a variety of options to ship your parcel in the UK including Royal Mail but also couriers, depending on which is cheapest for you. We use Airmail, Airsure, International Signed For or couriers to deliver to the rest of the world.

We are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred upon the item entering your country.

Cancellations and returns

We believe that within 10 days you will know whether you love your item or not.

If within 10 days of arrival you change your mind regarding an item you have a further 10 days within which to return it to us as long as the following terms and conditions are met:

Let us know via email of any returns within 10 days of your purchase arriving, your item's arrival date will be checked. Any requests made after 10 days of delivery will be offered an exchange only.

Items need to be returned to us unused and with any tags/labels still attached. If your item is damaged, used or has the labels unattached a restocking fee may be charged so please make sure you send back your item to us in a state you would be happy to receive it.

Your item needs to be sent back to us via a tracked method to our warehouse address, this can be found on the top of your invoice. Please pop in your invoice or a note including your invoice number and name with the package so that we know where it's come from.

Beadesaurus will not pay the postage for you to return your item to us, if you wish to return your item for a refund/exchange then it is your responsibility and duty to pay the return costs and the costs of redelivery should this be applicable.

Items bought in our shops or at tattoo conventions may be exchanged only, this is due to the products being physically seen prior to purchase unlike web orders.

Items are described to the best of our ability, always including measurements and sizes.

Orders may be cancelled at any time, for any reason, including mispricing or insufficient stock levels. Our contract with you is concluded when you are in receipt of the item.

Please always read descriptions as well as looking at the pictures and we all know that cameras can lie and monitors display colours at different resolutions!

A picture is of one specific item and please bear in mind that there can be manufacturing differences between products in terms of colour depth or embellishments etc. With our Loungefly products, due to their special dyeing processes and variations in fabric, no two items are ever exactly the same. This is what makes each item unique. Slight irregularities are common however generally not noticible.

Please wash all printed items (t-shirts, hoodies etc) inside out in order to preserve the print.

Avoid getting jewellery wet, all jewellery will tarnish over time, even the finest gold and platinum, due to the acidity levels in the skin, however getting your item wet will speed up this process.

All sizes/measurements on this site are approximate.

In the rare case that you would like us to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible as orders are dispatched every day and therefore if your order has already been dispatched after we receive your request for cancellation the above refund policy will apply.
